VivoSol is pleased to be able to offer services in all the following areas. The Principals of the company have experience in setting up storage systems, monitoring and maintaining them. While many owners elect to utilize the OEM or EPC contractor there is often a large management gap that must be closed to achieve the owner’s goals. VivoSol will work with the operator or perform operations in alignment with the Owners goals and contracts to ensure maximum outcomes.
Plant Maintenance
- Preventive – Will work with the owner and the equipment suppliers to optimize the maintenance programs to ensure maximum reliability
- Predictive – Use all available technologies and the control systems to monitor and stop failures before they result in equipment downtime
- Corrective – Provide technicians and knowledge to repair failures when they occur and return equipment to service
- Plant equipment database setup – Ensure a tracking system is in place to allow for tracking of costs, service, and any corrective actions needed on site. This is utilized in the optimization of the plant in conjunction with the owner’s goals.
- Maintenance program implementation
- Warranty administration – A critical part of any plant is the effective administration of warranties post commercial operation. VivoSol has many years of warranty management and will effectively support this process.
