Mr. Ulozas has over thirty-five years of experience in power generation with the last six years in Nevada. He has demonstrated an ability to improve entire fleets of generating units across multiple technologies to improve availability and ultimately financial outcomes.

Throughout his career he has developed a skill set and key guiding principles that lead to outstanding outcomes. His focus set includes safety, compliance, availability, efficiency of operations, and adherence to budget and schedules.

Hector Dominguez

Mr. Dominguez has over thirty-three years of experience in the utility and energy fields. He is recognized as an expert in the utility space and frequently consults for several utilities in multiple energy areas to include battery storage, solar operations, and readying the system for electrification.

He is an innovator frequently contracted to find alternate solutions to systems issues. He is a founder of multiple successful companies in the energy space.
